Sorry I couldn’t make a longer appearance or be more
involved. As of late, I’ve chosen to spend as much
reasonable time as I can with my family, in lieu of other
personal pursuits. I know that as the kids grow, I’ll get
more time to do hobby stuffs.Anyways, It just so happened that we had planned our family
vacation for San Diego well before I knew ZCON would be
there. So I did the best I could to, at the very least,
say hi to some of my long (long) time friends. I would have certainly liked to be more involved in the
event then I was. I left the judged car show (“Daddy, are
you done talking to your friends yet” x 50) feeling down.
Later that evening, I left the TTnet dinner (“Daddy, you
said we’d go see a movie now, are you done talking to your
friends yet”) feeling down. So Yea, I’m weak (but happy).
